We may transfer our databases containing your personal information if the school were ever to merge with another school (but we do not plan on this happening!).

Please note that we may email you for the following purposes:

If you are a parent or guardian of a child at the school, we may email you for the purposes of communicating with you in the ordinary course of the activities of the school, including to inform you of information relevant to your child's participation in the school. We may also email you to inform you about the activities of the school including any fundraising activities of the school or which the PTA is organising. If you are not a parent or guardian of a child but are a supplier or other commercial or public entity dealing with the school we may email you as part of our ordinary dealings with you.

 

Security

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

 

Technology

We may use "cookies", technology to store data in your computer using the functionality of your browser. A lot of websites do this, because cookies allow the website publisher to do useful things like find out whether the computer (and probably its user) has visited the site before.
